As qualified teachers and accredited food producers you can visit our Artisan Cookery School at The Butchery where Squisito run hands-on workshops from Artisan Curing & Smoking at Home and Artisan Sausage Making at Home to Italian Gelato at Home. Sara and Alex teach once a month on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Why not give a course that can change someone's life as well as their lunch as a Christmas, birthday or wedding present?
"There is no praise higher than having an artisan butcher and food revolutionary like Alex tell you you’ve just made sausages he’d be happy to sell. Mind you, he’s just spent the best part of a day teaching you in meticulous but hilarious detail how to do exactly that, so you would have to be a bit of a numpty not to be successful in some way" Martin
Now in it's sixth year our 'Secret Squisito' Supper Club gets rave reviews from foodies: “Such a joy to eat fabulous local food, cleverly cooked with a love and knowledge of the good things in life.” Fran
