Farmers Markets
‘Shopping and cooking seasonally is not a high-minded duty or a restrictive chore but a liberating pleasure. The downside of the modern food culture of infinite year-round choice is a kind of options paralysis’ - Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall
Our first Farmers Market Stall was at arguably the best Farmers Market in the UK at Moseley, Birmingham where our customers first started to enjoy delicious handmade Italian style gelato ice creams.
Today, there are over 350 in the UK and this popularity is indicative of people's changing attitudes towards food. If you’re able to visit one you’ll find an array of tempting locally-grown and homemade food and drink, and the great thing is you can actually meet the people who have produced these products.

What are Farmers markets?
Farmers' markets are a traditional way of selling agricultural and home made artisan products. A weekly market day is a part of normal life in villages and town squares throughout the world.
Markets are carefully managed, with strict rules for pricing, quality and vendor selection. FARMA, the National Farmers' Retail and Markets Association is an organisation that was set up to represent farmers markets. It operates a certification scheme for UK farmers' markets. Squisito is the only fully approved Warwickshire Farmers Markets producer of Italian food and ice cream.
You can find Squisito at Farmers Markets and other fine food events. Click here for

The vibrant, pulsating Italian markets were the inspiration for Squisito.
